At BeMyGuest, we aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay for all guests. Please read and follow the terms and conditions below.

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. After this time, a payment link will be sent and, upon confirmation, you will receive access codes and instructions.

Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Identification

A valid photo ID must be presented at check-in.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, the reservation will be refused.

3. Cancellations & No-show

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are fully refundable (except non-refundable rates).

In case of no-show, the rate policy selected will apply.

4. Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Additional services or extras will be charged at check-out.

5. Children Policy

All children are welcome.

0–3 years: €5 per night

4–11 years: €10 per night

12+ years: €15 per night
Extra beds and cots must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

7. Behaviour & Safety

All rooms are smoke-free. A cleaning fee applies for violations.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Parties or events are not permitted.

External visitors must be authorised by reception and cannot stay past 10:00 PM.

8. Damage & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or equipment.
BeMyGuest may charge for damaged or missing items.
We are not liable for personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.
Lost items will be kept for 30 days. Food items will not be stored.

9. Prohibited Items

Firearms, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are not allowed on the premises.

10. Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping included.

Bed linen is changed every 3 days or upon request.

Kitchen cleaning is the guest's responsibility.
